Clarify references to use of the -Tpdf option.
* pdfmark.ms (Section 2, Section 3.1): Add footnotes, indicating that
only "-Tps" and "-Tpdf" output formats are supported, and that "-Tpdf"
may avoid a separate step, to convert from PostScript to PDF.
