doc/groff.texi: Fix error in .rnn description.
* doc/groff.texi (Setting Registers) <rnn>: Fix error; the request is
not ignored if the second argument (the new name) does not exist.
Problem dates back to 52a6d12a (11 May 2000).
* man/groff_diff.7.man (Language/New requests) <rnn>: Sync with above.
