groff(7): Fix style nits.
- (mso): Set "tmac" in italics. Tighten wording.
- (so): Say "interpolate" instead of "include"; the latter is something
of a C-language-ism. Recast sense of "source" to serve more as a
mnemonic for the request name than a taxonomic description of the
argument.
