    refer(1): Clarify definition of '%J'.
    
    A specific issue of a journal may have a (sub)title (as when the BSTJ
    dedicated an entire issue to Unix once or twice), but '%J' is for
    recording the name of the journal itself, which should be relatively
    stable over time.
