    [grolj4]: Fix code style nits.
    
    * src/devices/grolj4/lj4.cpp:
      (lj4_font::handle_unknown_font_command, is_unprintable)
      (lj4_printer::draw, main): Reorder equality comparisons to avoid
      inadvertent lvalue assignment.
    
      (lj4_printer::draw, lj4_printer::moveto1): Parenthesize formally
      complex expressions.
    
      (lj4_printer::draw): Eschew cleverness.  Use modulus and equality
      operators to determine even cardinality of integer value instead of a
      bitwise operator and letting the result pun to a Boolean.
