[devpdf]: Ship AFM file for slanted symbol font.
* font/devpdf/devpdf.am (DEVPDFFONTFILES): Add it.
(EXTRA_DIST): Distribute its (contrived) ".in" file.
($(devpdf_builddir)/symbolsl.afm): Add rule to contrive it.
* src/devices/gropdf/gropdf.1.man (Files): Document it.
