[doc,man]: Simplify references to Solaris troff.
For a while I had thought that Oracle ditched Solaris troff for the
Solaris 11 release, but they didn't. It's still there--it's simply not
the formatter called by Solaris 11's man(1) command, which now uses
(a pretty old version of) groff for formatting man pages.
Simplify references thereto accordingly.
