gbranden pushed a commit to branch master
in repository groff.

commit 4332b7f74280f3c41f14ddccfbc2d62110c1e86b
Author: G. Branden Robinson <[email protected]>
AuthorDate: Thu Dec 18 09:54:38 2025 -0600

    LICENSES: Make corrections.

    * Soften overly general statement. Some contributors to groff (even
ignoring the contrib/ directory, which doesn't comprise "groff
proper") have not assigned copyrights to the FSF. I know of two: Ingo
      Schwarze and myself.

    * Apply ordinary lettercasing to "free software". Trump's tweets have
exacerbated my allergy to Dramatic, Germanic Capitalization.
