eqn(1): Fix content nits.
* Refer to `delim` as an eqn "primitive", not a "command".
* Clarify extended GNU behavior by naming "GNU" explicitly rather than
using the "@g@eqn" construction, which becomes unclear if no command
prefix is configured.
