I don't object to adding math functions to groff.  Since it won't be
used for typesetting I see no harm.  Anyway, there are some obstacles:

  . I can't use the patch I've sent to the list recently because it
    isn't possible for me inspite of repeated tries to come in contact
    with Abramo for a copyright disclaimer.  As an official GNU
    project I have to insist on such nasty details.

  . Without that the code has to be written from scratch, and I don't
    have time to do that -- BTW, my laptop has died, so don't expect
    any coding within the next, say, 10 days.

So instead of complaining, please submit patches!
