As Jean-Luc Picard would say: THERE! ARE! FOUR! FOOTNOTES! Looks like you can't use automatically numbered footnotes in a table; not with ms, at any rate. Do we document that? ...checking... I guess we don't. But I'll bet I once knew about it, which is why the footnotes in the "Document Control Settings" table of ms.ms uses explicit symbolic footnote marks. Regards, Branden
