I was just thinking today that there absolutely has to be a page on the ZCA in the docs. If you don't understand the ZCA, you'll never gonna go far with Grok.
In my newbie days I read an article that closely resembles the one you link to (perhaps it was even that one, but I'm not sure), and it was quite revealing to me.
