So, as you can see, I got folded fraction and associated free energy change at 
each temperature ranging from 260-420K.

This is exactly what g_kinetics is supposed to do. It is hard-coded to produce a melting curve at 1-K intervals from 260K to 420K, for whatever reason. It could easily be changed by modifying the code, but as far as I can see, this is the expected behavior.
