Dear All, I am generating .tpr file on my desktop (UBUNTU 14.04 X86_64) and running MD on Cray (suse-linux X86_64 )using Gromacs-5.0.5. It is mentioned on the Gromacs site is that "Generally the tpr file is very portable between different machines". Is it valid in my case? Is there anything to worry about it? Please help.
