Hi, See top of http://manual.gromacs.org/documentation/5.1/user-guide/mdp-options.html regarding defaults. Or you can leave it blank and inspect what gmx grompp writes to the mdout.mdp. Whether any PBC setting makes sense depends what you're trying to do, which we don't know.
