Hi gromacs users, I'm using gmx bar to plot my free energy calculation results with the command:
gmx bar *xvg -o -oh -oi I obtain the graphic bar.xvg where DG are reported on Y axis and the number of lambda steps (0,1,2,3...) on the X. I'd like to get a graphic where the values of my lambdas (0.05, 0,10, 0,15,...,1) are reported on X axis instead. Is it possible?
