Dear Marko, Thank you for your response. Indeed SSH would be already proper help. I am also interested to see whether I can run GROMACS on itself as well. I came through a shell for iPad, called Blink Shell, which seems to be able to cover some aspects of coding, but I am not sure if it would be able to host gmx too. It is paid btw.
