Would be useful to have a reciprocal option which users could use to remove parameters without needing to rewrite the whole line. The option name proposed here is KDUMP_CMDLINE_REMOVE, which would tentatively "sed"-out the options from the kernel command-line before appending the new ones from KDUMP_CMDLINE_APPEND.
