Review result: Has Nits

Hi,

I have been selected as the Operational Directorate (opsdir) reviewer for this
Internet-Draft.

The Operational Directorate reviews all operational and management-related
Internet-Drafts to ensure alignment with operational best practices and that
adequate operational considerations are covered.

A complete set of _"Guidelines for Considering Operations and Management in
IETF Specifications"_ can be found at
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-opsawg-rfc5706bis/.

While these comments are primarily for the Operations and Management Area
Directors (Ops ADs), the authors should consider them alongside other feedback
received.

## Summary

- Has Nits: This document is basically ready for publication but has nits that
should be considered prior to publication.

This document specifies a one-way synchronization HTTP-based protocol for
Internet Routing Registry (IRR) records, called Near Real Time Mirroring
version 4 (NRTMv4). The protocol allows instances of IRR database servers to
mirror IRR records, specified in the Routing Policy Specification Language
(RPSL), between each other. The document specifies the role of the server and
the client. It also gives instructions as to how to act as an intermediary
server, acting both as a client and a server.

## Nits

Section 3: Terminology
Issue: Replace 'A' with 'An'

Old: --> Version A incremental number that identifies the IRR Database
at a particular point in time. Suggested: --> Version An incremental number
that identifies the IRR Database at a particular point in time.

Section 4.2 last paragraph

Old: --> will generate two Update Notification Files, referring two
Snapshot Files, and two sets of Delta Files each with contiguous version
numbers - all completely independent to each other, with
              different session IDs

Suggested: --> will generate two Update Notification Files, referring to two
Snapshot Files, and two sets of Delta Files each with contiguous version
numbers - all completely independent of each other, with different session IDs

No other issues were found.

Thank you kindly.
