The -02 draft did not complete WGLC.   A new draft was issued.

What exactly has David Kessens been doing with this draft?  
Particularly since June 2.

I don't think that is supposed to happen, certainly not until after my
Appeal is decided by the IESG, and then depends on what the IESG 
decides.

Due to the substantial scientific fraud involved with the basic science 
underlying this draft, I rather doubt that it will be accepted. 
Furthermore, as you are well aware of this issue, your description of 
events seems to be less than forthright.  I will forward a message sent 
to the DNSOP WG which sheds some light on this.
