When I download the dmg file there it is.

Because I keep the admin account alone and only add apps to the one
other standard user account on this machine. It simplifies my backups
and keeps me from screwing up the system. If the download were not a
flat pkg I would just extract out the pref pane and put it where I
want it, but your distribution does not give me that option. (I'm
going to try to compile from source).

It's a single item. Does it need an installer? Double-clicking a pref
pane (ie, from a dmg) results in a prompt to install for This or All
users. Why do you even bother?
