For many months now (possibly over a year) I have been unable to get Growl to display notifications to my screen or to forward notifications via Prowl. This issue has persisted across two Macs (I used the Migration Assistant to migrate the entire computer).
I can preview notifications just fine from the Growl pane in System Preferences but no actual notifications work. The Growl "paw" menu bar icon is grey even though Growl claims to be running. Any idea how to resolve this? Is it possible to just wipe all of Growl and its settings and start from scratch? How would one do this?
