I have just received word that there is an update to Growl which brings me to why I am here. I had no idea nor any consideration that I had Growl installed. Further for over a year I have never visited or to my knowledge used Growl. It is for this reason I want to uninstall the app. I have used the growl uninstall tool which was successfully but there are many folders and other references to Growl on my computer. which I am told cannot delete or that cannot be put in the trash. How do I get all of the Growl folders, growlnotify, growlitunes, growlsafari, growlmail, and many other connection to Growl deleted? Simply put why are they not subject to be deleted??
