kCGErrorFailure: Set a breakpoint @ CGErrorBreakpoint() to catch errors as they
are logged.
This probably has something to do with album art. Try playing a song from a
different album, preferably one with no album art.
If my theory is correct, please tell us what album caused the problem and where
you got it (or where you got the album art, if you obtained the art separately)
from so we can test a fix with it.
