How do I uninstall SafariGrowl? Each time I try I get a message that it cannot be deleted because it is open. I uninstalled the original Growl, and I don't know how to quit SafariGrowl because I can't see anywhere that it is open. Safari has been crashing ever since I installed SafariGrowl.
