Hi all,

This incident was (probably) previously reported at [1], but the OP
didn't follow up, and the discussion appeared to head in a different
direction.

GrowlMail correctly notifies me when I get new mail through Mail.app.
About 25% of the time, if I click on a notification, focus changes to
Mail.app, which brings that email to the front. The rest of the time,
this doesn't work. Mail.app is active, in that the menubar has
changed, with "Mail" and the relevant menu options listed. However,
none of Mail.app's windows are brought in front of my current
application. I am hence forced to manually bring Mail.app's windows to
the front, by command-tabbing out then back to Mail.app, or something
similar.

Once I am in Mail.app, the relevant email window is indeed at the
front of that application's windows, but the problem was that the
Mail.app application itself didn't correctly jump to the front of all
my other applications.

Cheers.
