It looks to me like you're getting help. You just didn't respond to that
thread.

Let's set this straight, right now. We are not Prowl. We'll help you, but
you have to help yourself. Not responding to that email means you aren't
helping yourself. You had that response since the 14th, it is now the 22nd.
You are at fault here.

Lose the attitude, and respond to that thread. Do not reply to this thread
any further, or I will remove you from this list, and your sole form of
support will be via the Prowl developer. I will not have anyone on this list
berated because of your inaction to respond to a reasonable request for a
problem you are having getting Growl installed.

We are not affiliated with the Prowl application, other than they use Growl
and we know the developer. We do not make any money from his application,
and we do not deserve to be treated like garbage you would throw on the
street. Lose the attitude or just don't respond. This isn't worth the 3
bucks you didn't even pay us.
