Whether it works as an option on one or all is entirely up to you as the 
developer. I thought that incorporating it into just a single or a few styles 
would be simpler; if it is easier to add it as a default selection to be shown 
on any notification I'd encourage you to do that. 

And from a personal usage standpoint I strongly believe that many users would 
find this option exceedingly useful.
