Since installing 1.2.2 I've been getting above error when MobileMe syncs. It says there is "the destination does not support symlinks", I don't see any symlinks in your folder but it just happened with the upgrade and it happens every time MobileMe syncs prefs (I've got four "other" items at the bottom of my pref pane, but this is the only one it's having problems with.
