Hi Chris, I'd also like to request some alternatives that you'd recommend. I use GrowlMail extensively as a sort of whack-a-mole game for new emails - I get a notification, I click on it, and it opens the email I need to deal with. Repeat as needed until notifications are gone and emails are closed out. I did try Boxcar, but the notifications it generates on the Mac version as of right now are completely generic and can't open emails directly, and are therefore not very helpful to me.
