ah, ok.
so sparrow is a known problem. have a search for it on this discussion forum.

as for yorufukorou, i just poked the app bundle. it has the latest framework, 
so should be ok from that standpoint at least. try:
1. make sure you have the latest version.
2. restart it, see if it shows up then.

if it still doesn't work, you should contact the developer and let them know.
(as you have something working with growl, growl is ok, so it is a problem with 
the app.)
