Thank you for your answer. I first tried with the unmodified VLC (with Growlframework 1.2.2). As it didn't register to Growl, I run Growl Version Detective and updated VLC Growlframework to 1.3. It didn't work, so I manually replaced Growlframework with 1.2.3 version from Growl-1.3-SDK Legacy folder. After any modification I run VLC and I coldn't get it registered with Growl. Regards
