Growl currently doesn't make any attempt to find a localized version of the
application's notification names to show in its list. The application can
explicitly provide a list of “human-readable names”, which should be localized,
but I don't know that any applications do that.

If the notifications' titles and/or descriptions are showing up in English,
that is a bug (missed localization) in the application, and you should contact
the developers of the application.
