There is a new line character in their notification title. Some styles handle this better than others, apparently Music Video falls into the latter category. This will require an update to Music Video to fix it. I have filed a ticket on Google Code about this, http://code.google.com/p/growl/issues/detail?id=379, and added your screenshot to illustrate, you can star the issue to receive updates to that ticket. I filed this against 1.4 for the time being, since 1.3.2 is nearing completion, and has some critical fixes that need to go out as soon as they are confirmed fixed.
