How are you "looking" for it? Have you tried Spotlight? Any other more talented searching app? Have you tried Growl Uninstaller at <http:// growl.info/downloads> in the "General Downloads" area? It sounds like you may have the old version (1.2.x), it should be in your User/Library/PreferencePanes directory, that version was a Pref Panel. However, it's possible that it is in Library/PreferencePanes.
