Hello
I'm having the same problem: no applications shown in preferences.
Running Growl Version Detective lists many applications, and I know I
have the latest Transmit, 1Password, Dropbox …

I have earlier had Growl on my system (installed with Dropbox, but
unchecked "Notifications"). This time, I installed the latest Growl
through App Store. In preferences at least 10 apps was listed. But
never any notifications from Growl. So, I run the Growl uninstaller
(for older versions), removed Growl App and the preference files/
folder. Installed it again from App Store. And now, no applications
are listed in preferences?? Any idea how to solve this?

Regards, Magnus
