using the free version of Growl since the paid newest version has so much negative feedback.
anyways, Ihave changed my preferences to use Music Video notification style, both as the default and the chosen setting. I have done this in growl display options and within the individual application configuration. I click the preview button and it looks fine, But, the changes never take affect and it only uses smoke for real notifications.
