sorry to hear that.
i can assure you that the growl project itself does not produce any software 
that secretly loads growl onto anyone's computer.
unfortunately however, there is absolutely nothing to stop anyone else doing 
so, which is probably what you have seen.

if you don't have any of the software on that list, then please let us know, so 
we can try to track down whoever else it is.
also, if growl is still being reinstalled, pay particular attention to the 
section "I uninstalled Growl, and now it's back! What's going on?"
