I have Growl version 1.3.2 and Lion version 10.7.3 and I use growl for Spotify and when I put my computer to sleep and wake it up, growl no longer works. It is still displayed it my top bar, but it does not give me notifications. When I restart Growl it works just fine, but the problem resumes when I put it to sleep and wake it up the next time.
