For me I didn't get notifications from mail and twitter e.g. These apps are up-to-date.
Today I got some from mail but don't know if by accident or now somehow. Twitter still doesn't work. I am only able to send tweets from the notification center, but don't get notifications. In settings I am only able to choose Growl as notification. So I can Growl which is uninstalled and don't see the build-in system. For both the notifications are not send to the notification center.
