Il semble que le problème ce soit résolu tout seul. J'ai tenté la désinstallation avec le logiciel de growl et j'ai eu le message indiqué. J'ai ensuite décidé de désinstaller la version 1.4 que j'avais téléchargé par le App Store. Je l'ai ensuite réinstallé, et là ça a marché ! Je pense que le désinstallateurs fonctionnent bien, car malgré le message je ne retrouvais plus growl dans mes applications. Tout fonctionne désormais très bien.
It seems that the problem is solved by itself. I tried uninstalling the software growl and I got the message said. Then I decided to uninstall the 1.4 version I had downloaded from the App Store. I then reinstalled, and then it worked! I think the uninstallers work well, because despite the message I could not find growl in my applications. Everything works fine now.
