Sparrow 1.6.3 is NOT working for me either. Growl not is not registering 
the application anymore (Mac OS Lion).. or should I say Sparrow is not 
registering itself with Growl? Pretty disappointed about that, I don't know 
what happened. Stopped working sometime recently-
