Hello, so you have Growl 1.2.2 still installed in the system preferences pane, and Growl 1.4 is no longer a preference pane. You should run the uninstaller for Growl 1.2.2 (can be found here: http://growl.googlecode.com/files/Uninstall%20Growl.zip) and then you will possibly have to reinstall 1.4 from the app store (The App Store tends to install the new Growl within the old Growl.prefpane, and uninstalling the prefpane would remove 1.4 in that case).
