Hello, so the NC switch in growl is an all or nothing thing for right now in Growl, however, there is a third party plugin that has been updated for Growl 2.0 which might provide some of what you are looking for: http://barkplug.in. This plugin is not developed or officially supported by the growl project, although we are in touch with its developers. It does some things we can't do and be approved for the app store.
