Growl beyond version 1.2.2 has been very unstable for me. Even though I had purchased Growl 1.3 and tried it with every update up to and including 2.0, it still seems to be unstable for me. After about 10 minutes of being open, without fail, GrowlHelperApp will crash. I've tried using Growl Uninstaller.app, as well as AppCleaner and some other methods of cleaning out Growl's preferences. Nothing seems to work.
I've attached one of my recent crash logs. For reference, I'm on OS X 10.8.2 and Growl 2.0 now, but this has been happening since 10.7 and Growl 1.3.
