Growl 2 changed the way that plugins work, so older cocoa plugins (like the one that you have) will not work. There was no public API for making them.
Luckily that changes in Growl 2. We provide a nice SDK that makes the plugin's official. The developers of your NotifyMy Android display plugin would need to update it. I'd recommend that they make it an action plugin.
