YEah, THE GOLD update thing was coming up and got me in this mess -- but it's ok.
I did not do an uninstall. I just did the uninstall now, yet Growl is still in my pref pane and still ays 1.2.2 -- so that does no work. Also, I did not keep the app for Growl I downloaded. What do I do? I will buy hardware growl update, Can you please give me a direct link to get the Growl again, the update I already bought but did not know to do an unintaill (which I just did and did not work), so I need to do this again, install update for Growl, after you explain who to do the uninstall which does not work, and a direct link to buy an upgrade for the hardward growler.
