A couple questions, first, what display style, or are you using
Notification Center? our queuing displays (bezel, nano and music
video) don't honor sticky.  Notification Center doesn't have a way to
make per notifications configurable to sticky, just a sticky or not
sticky per application, by changing from banners to alerts.
