Hi I have a project built on flyport (openpicus.com), and part of it's function sends a notification to an iPhone. I currently do this by having the micro controller send an email. This works fine when there is a connection to the internet, but the environment where I'm using this has a very intermittent connection, and is out of mobile network range. I am trying to figure out how to accomplish the same notification but have the whole process take place locally.
Anyone have any hints that could point me in the right direction? The microcontroller is pretty much programmed in C/C++, and it has a simple webserver running on it for local network access. Suggestions mightily welcome! J -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Growl Discuss" group.
