Hi all, Really could use some help upgrading. I've gone through Apple Support and while they've been helpful, they have not been able to resolve the issue.
The Mac App Store is telling me to that an upgrade for growl is available, but when i try to do it, it pops up this message. <https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XDmMHe7acEk/UOdj_FE7laI/AAAAAAAACMs/vluNKLBIp5U/s1600/growl.jpg> The problem is, I didn't purchase it with another account. I even have the email of the purchase back in January of last year, clearly showing that it was made with the account I'm currently signed in with. Anyway, went through a bunch of steps with Apple support to try and resolve it, deleted the app, signed out of the app store, restarted, logged back in... nothing works. They suggested to get in touch with the developer, and I've seen numerous posts around the web about this very problem, but no solutions. Any help would be very much appreciated.
